Reading comprehension is a skill which can be mastered through systematic coaching. Your child will learn how to use context clues to find the meaning of unfamiliar words and learn skimming and scanning techniques to locate answers quickly and accurately. They will also be taught how to answer questions logically and in complete sentences.
All our teachers are experienced native English speakers with over 10 years of experience with Degrees or Masters in English or Linguistics.
Class times: Mon - Sat, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Duration: 1.5 hours per lesson

Understanding English Grammar Course
6yrs to 10yrs
Learn the eight parts of speech (noun, adjective, verb, adverb, pronoun, conjunction, interjection, preposition) and how tenses really work. A hands-on approach to understanding grammar which provides a great foundation for your child to build his/her reading and writing skills on!

Good Writing Traits Course
7yrs to 10yrs
Learning writing traits will not only improve your child's ability to compose creative texts but also give them the confidence to write for pleasure. All the major writing genres will be covered from letter writing to media reviews. One of the key traits your child will learn is how to structure the basic paragraph and how to link paragraphs together to create a longer cohesive text.

How to Speak like a Native Course

Speaking fluently and with confidence requires both practice and constant encouragement. We will put your child through the paces in fun and interactive activities which will get him/her talking in no time! Children will learn social conversation; how to buy things from shops; how to do show and tells or presentations; how to tell stories and how to discuss current issues.
