Dear Students,

We are in the middle of summer now and online lessons and social distancing seem to be the new norm.  However, with the new norm comes some new problems.

Because we are in front of our computer screens longer than before, this can cause eye strain. Therefore, remember to take constant breaks away from your computer screen.

Go to your window and look at far away objects to let your eye muscles relax and lengthen. Just like other muscles on your body, eye muscles work best if you exercise them regularly.

If you relax your eye muscles after every hour of screen time, it will help you to maintain good eye health.
