Academic Writing Course

Academic writing is used by university students to convey ideas and points of view by using evidence-based arguments, precise word choice, logical organization and an impersonal tone. It should inform, analyze and persuade the reader in an easy to follow manner and engage him/her in scholarly dialogue. This course is suitable for upper secondary school students who possess good writing skills who want to improve their essay writing style and improve their grades. It is also suitable for first year university students who need a crash course in writing university style essays.
All our teachers are experienced native English speakers with over 10 years of experience. All teachers hold Degrees or Masters in English or Linguistics.
Class times: Mon – Sat, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Duration: 1.5 hours per lesson
Cost: HK$1,800 for 4 lessons
1-to-1 tuition: $550 per hour
Exam Preparation Courses 15yrs to 19yrs
Our exam preparation courses are specially designed to target the specific requirements of each examination board. Each course will focus on one element of the exam and provide you with the knowledge and skill to pass the exam with flying colours.
